We hope you love your purchase. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Please contact us within 2 business days of delivery for any defects or issues. We understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you wish to make a return, please read our return policy below.

Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of the delivery date. Due to a high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges.
All returns will receive store credit in the form of an online gift card via email (less our original shipping cost with a max of $7).  Store Credit is just like cash, and never expires.
Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed, after delivery.
We do not offer refunds, no exceptions. 
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and make up free. This includes smoke, deodorant and perfume scents.
  • Original Tags Must be attached (if applicable) Attached & intact
  • Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.

  • We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. 
  • Any additional postage purchased is non refundable
  • Please include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing.
  • We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
  • Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed after delivery
  • Store Credit will be emailed to the email associated with the order
  • Returns postmarked after the 12 business days of delivery will be rejected. An invoice will be sent to your email for the return shipping costs.
