Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of the delivery date. Due to a high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges.
All returns will receive store credit in the form of an online gift card via email (less our original shipping cost with a max of $7). Store Credit is just like cash, and never expires. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed, after delivery.
We do not offer refunds, no exceptions.
